Oracle are using GPL Cudgel

So Oracle couldn't buy Red Hat so they decide to pirate the free candy. This is one of those "are you sure this is the best way to handle it" things. Yes it is legal. But Oracle has the man power to create a new Enterprise Linux Distro and support it. Yet Red Hat continues to take the GPL cudgel to the head.
